He is an alumnus of the Christian University of Indonesia, with Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Law. Benny has extensive professional experience in the legal field, having served as an intern at UKS & Partners Law Firm, Assistant Attorney at Alparo & Co, and Head of the Legal Department at PT Bangun Globalindo Perkasa (Holding Company of PT Global Indonesia Asia Sejahtera (Group) and PT Bumi Lancang Kuning Pusaka (Group), as well as Head of the Legal Department at PT Batara Surya Semesta (Group). He demonstrates exceptional expertise in corporate law, business law, litigation, legal auditing, and bankruptcy.

Gunawan Simangunsong, S.H., M.H. is the Founder of B&G Law Firm (est. 2018) and a seasoned advocate, legal consultant, and mediator known for his professionalism and integrity in representing clients. He earned his Bachelor of Laws from the Christian University of Indonesia and a Master of Laws from University of Indonesia. His professional experience includes roles as Associates at SBS & Associates, Industrial Relation at PT Best Agro International, Senior Associate at Refly Harun and Partners, and Assistant Legal Manager at OPPO Indonesia. Gunawan has extensive expertise in criminal and civil litigation, industrial relations, judicial review, election disputes, state administrative cases, tax disputes, and immigration matters, representing both individual and corporate clients, domestic and international.
