Founder & Managing Partner
Benny Irfan Siahaan is an advocate and legal consultant at B&G Law Firm, which he founded in 2022. He is an alumnus of Universitas Kristen Indonesia, holding both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Law. Benny possesses extensive professional experience in the legal field, having served as an Intern at UKS & Partners Law Office, Assistant Lawyer at Alparo & Co, and Head of Legal at PT Global Indonesia Asia Sejahtera. He demonstrates exceptional expertise in corporate law, business law, litigation, and bankruptcy.

Gunawan Simangunsong is an accomplished advocate, legal consultant, and mediator in Indonesia. He is the founder of B&G Law Firm, established in 2022. With prior experience as an Associate at SBS & Associates, Senior Associate at Refly Harun and Partners, and Corporate Lawyer at OPPO Indonesia, Gunawan brings a wealth of expertise to his practice. A graduate of Universitas Kristen Indonesia and Universitas Indonesia, he is known for upholding professionalism and integrity in advocating for and safeguarding his clients’ interests.
